What could be more satisfying on a hot summer's day than an ice cream bar? I challenged myself to wait until I achieved my ideal weight before succumbing to the lure of the chocolate ice cream bar lurking in my freezer. Today is the day!! As you can plainly see, I enjoyed every bite.
