I Am...Word Chemistry
Life Book 2013 Week 48 led by Melody Ross. Melody's theme is to use mixed matched adjectives and adverbs to described ourselves.

Fun and Funky...
I have been invited to show my art dolls at the Marco Island Art Gallery. I have been up to my elbows in clay, paint and...for weeks now.

Playing Catch Up
My husband and I took a road trip recently and as a result, I missed a couple of Life Book 2013 sessions. Weeks 44 and 45 led by Tamara Laporte.
Week 45 - graphite drawing. My inspiration is this sweet little hippo I found at a store in Savannah GA.
Week 44 draw a whimsical Halloween drawing of ourselves referring to a self-portrait photo.

Big Dreams...
Life Book 2013 Week 43 led by Julie Fei-Fan Balzer. Julie's theme is all about nature and drawing a face with a stick or twig. She likes drawing with twigs, stamping with leaves and other natural materials. I used what I had on hand (rather than scavenging yard waste) in this case, dowel (for drawing), rubber stamps.
