I love the title of your blog, 'seeing myself being myself'. In my late 40s I wrote, 'l was my fathers daughter, then my husbands wife, the children's mother, now I have to learn to be myself.' Am still, nearly 20 years later, struggling with the idea. That has to be the bumper of a VW bus, is as rusty as the hippys that loved it so.
